We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.  We do not double-book appointments so without at least one full business day's notice it is too late for us to schedule someone else.  For this reason, all cancellations or reschedules should be made at least 24 business hours before the scheduled appointment.  

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 business hours notice, are billed to the patient at the rate of $40.00.   No-shows will be billed at the full visit rate.
